After getting four competitive bids and discussing with the project designers involved, we were glad that we made the decision to go with Ivy at Ohana Building Supply. The project completed perfectly and on-time, far exceeded the high standard of both myself and my in-laws' (who're not easy to please).

Most of all, from design to completion, Ivy gave us numerous advices on what needed to be fixed, and what should be kept, so the project came well within our original budget. She treated the project as if it's her own home, finding solutions to whatever that might come up to ensure a perfect outcome, when she could have just stuck to only the items listed in the contract.

Customer service does matter! With the array of companies out there you have a lot of choices of contractors to select from for your remodeling needs. Looked at YELP and found Ohana Building Supply. Visited their Waipahu showroom and was greeted by Kevin. He was personable, pleasant, and took the time to really listen to our ideas. To my wife's surprise, I ended up putting down a 50% deposit to get measurements completed, materials ordered, and the project process started. Although, I know there were other companies out there to compare, it was Kevin's demeanor that solidified my choice to go with Ohana Building Supply.

Ohana Building Supply helped us through the whole process - from demolition to electrical to installing appliances - which took the stress out of the renovation. We loved the people, the quality of the cabinets (metal soft-close drawers/pullouts) with modern custom design and a very accurate detailed estimate. Kevin took us step-by-step and answered all my calls/texts. Everyone of their staff members offered excellent advice for us to consider throughout the process.

Great experience with Ohana Building Supply! Ivy was very helpful and easy to work with. Added some cabinets to my kitchen. The installers were experienced and professional! Did a very clean job. They were quick, efficient and thorough!

Ivy was extremely helpful getting our plans and proposal underway for our DIY project. We put in the cabinets and Ohana's crew installed the quartz counter. The procedure was repeated for the bathrooms. We were extremely pleased with the results. The cabinets are made of plywood with solid wood doors. The craftsmanship is exceptional. All of the pieces were delivered on time, and the order was complete. The overall experience was very positive.
